![]() In QVR select Brand: Generic Model, Model: Generic RTSP My problem is that this option for Integration protocol only appears in the firmware for the 6mm lens cameras and they work fine - it doesn't exist in the 4mm cameras latest firmware. Enabling ONVIF on the HikVision camera: Network/Advanced Settings/Integration Protocol/Enable ONVIF 2. I saw elsewhere on the forum that this worked for someone: 1. The other firmware for the 6mm is the latest for that camera apparently - I'm waiting on some news from Hikvision support about that as it seems odd that identical cameras have different firmware versions. I've hard reset them and that is the latest firmware that isn't working. All show the test connection working fine and get a preview but the 4mm just hang when finishing. The other 2 are 4mm lenses with firmware 5.5.3 171025 and just hang showing as connecting constantly. ![]() The first 2 are 6mm lenses with firmware 5.4.5 170124 and connect immediately and life is good.
